Case Study

Puentelibre Editores is an independent publisher house from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, specialized in border literature. Their publications cover a wide range of writers from Mexico and Latin America, as well as the south border of the United States.

They divide their publications in two collections: "novela como nube" for short story and "el paseante" for narrative fiction. The book design for both collections is minimalist, and fresh. Prominent colors combined with a soft color palette are used; Cinnamon Brown for the short story collection, and an Aegean Blue for the narrative fiction. The icons used for the logos are based in classic and romantic means of travel.
